- 1 private parking space located in the residence's parking lot
- 1 private terrace of 10m²
- 2 bedrooms equipped with a 160x200cm bed
- 1 living room open to a fully equipped kitchen
- A kitchen equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher
- 1 shower room
- 1 separate WC

Towels and bed linen are available as an option upon request. Baby equipment available upon request.

The apartment is close to thermal spas:
- Le Boulou - Maureillas (5 minutes by car / 30 minutes on foot / Shuttle from Le Boulou, with a stop 500m away)
- Amélie-les-Bains (25 minutes by car / LIO 530 bus from the Néoulous stop, 10 minutes on foot)
